End-to-end product engineering
Developed the product across responsive Flutter surfaces, REST APIs, PostgreSQL, authentication, and cloud deployment so customer, operations, and rider flows stay connected.
An end-to-end assisted-commerce product engineering project spanning customer experiences, operational control, rider execution, APIs, PostgreSQL, authentication, cloud deployment, and operational order workflows.
My role
Independent Product Engineer

Engineering view
Developed the product across responsive Flutter surfaces, REST APIs, PostgreSQL, authentication, and cloud deployment so customer, operations, and rider flows stay connected.
Built distinct customer, admin, and rider experiences on shared backend contracts, with clear operational state transitions instead of a single-storefront mindset.
Implemented assisted-commerce flows where order requests move through preparation, delivery planning, rider execution, payment/completion tracking, and history.
Contribution
Owned product engineering across customer, admin, and rider surfaces as one connected system rather than isolated clients.
Designed and implemented API-backed workflows with PostgreSQL as the operational data store and Firebase Authentication separated from business data.
Built role-aware experiences with reusable architecture, operational state management, and environment-aware application behavior for cloud deployment.
Integrated the product stack end-to-end: Customer → API → PostgreSQL / Auth → Admin Operations → Rider Execution → Completion.
Customer Experience
Designed the customer journey across responsive web and mobile surfaces, from product discovery and basket management through assisted order requests and account flows. The experience covers category/product browsing, cart state, OTP/customer authentication, address and order-related account flows, and an assisted order-request path with WhatsApp / human-support where relevant—backed by API-driven product and commerce data rather than a traditional instant checkout.
Operations & Fulfillment
The admin experience coordinates the lifecycle behind each order—from request review and preparation through delivery planning, rider execution, and payment/completion tracking. It centers on a Daily Operations Board with order-request handling, item/pickup preparation, run-plan preview, rider-run coordination, COD/UPI collection tracking, and PostgreSQL-backed operational visibility for manual-assisted commerce workflows.
Rider Execution
The rider experience turns operational plans into clear, step-by-step execution with run state, stop details, item visibility, payment context, and completion history. Riders can work from availability and assigned runs through pickup/delivery stops, run checklists, next-stop visibility, COD/payment state, and completed-run history with operational status updates.
